These terms and conditions govern the use of the Oktolib mobile application ("Application") provided by Oktolib Inc. ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Application.
1. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Application, including all trademarks, copyrights, and related rights, remain the exclusive property of Oktolib Inc. You may not copy, modify, translate, decompile, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the Application.
2. Application Usage
We aim to keep the Application beneficial and efficient. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Application, or to charge for features, at any time. We will clearly communicate any fees if they apply.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and access to the Application. We strongly advise against jailbreaking or rooting your device, as this may compromise security and disrupt Application functionality.
4. Personal Data
By using the Application, you agree that we may process personal data you provide in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not store uploaded images beyond what is necessary to create AI-generated outputs, and images are permanently deleted after processing.
5. Parental Consent
The Application is designed for parents or legal guardians to create stories and avatars on behalf of their children. By uploading any images of minors, you confirm that you are the parent or guardian with authority to provide consent.
6. Artificial Intelligence
The Application uses third-party artificial intelligence services (including but not limited to Replicate, DeepSeek, OpenRouter) to transform images or generate content. By using these features, you consent to the processing of your submitted content by these third-party providers solely for the intended transformation purpose. Images are not stored, reused, or used for model training.
7. Virtual Items and Gems
Some features use in-app virtual currency ("gems"). Gems have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged outside the Application. We reserve the right to change gem pricing, rewards, or availability at any time.
8. Third-Party Terms
The Application may link to or use third-party services with separate terms of service, including but not limited to:

You agree to abide by their respective terms.
9. Liability
We provide the Application “as is” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for damages arising from your use of the Application.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on our website and within the Application. Continued use of the Application after updates means you agree to the revised terms.
